Bob Gustafson
President, Triton Financial Group

Bob Gustafson is a serial entrepreneur and has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. He began his career in 1991 with a Denver-based investment banking firm, went on to work for a major financial services firm and, subsequently, founded his own independent, fee-based advisory firm in 1995.
Bob started Mosaic Business Advisors after seeing a need for ethical consulting and advisory services for small business owners. Most of these owners didn’t have access to the type of resources they could trust. Mosaic Business Advisors offers the same type of services that larger management consulting firms offer targeted at the needs of the small business.
Past Chairman of the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce board of directors, Bob has also served on the board of directors with the Northern New England chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
Bob graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in general business finance. He was a radio talk show host for the “Financial Focus” heard on WCRN.
Debra Murphy
Marketing Consultant
Debra Murphy is president of Masterful Marketing, LLC. With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, Debra specializes in helping businesses create a powerful web presence. Her extensive background in computer science and marketing enables her to help business owners better understand the complexities of online marketing, including search, social and content marketing.
Debra worked in corporate marketing at various high technology companies, holding positions in product management and marketing. She has held the position of Director of Marketing & Business Development at a company producing content management software and was VP of Marketing at a software security startup.
Debra holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Framingham State University and an M.B.A. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She frequently blogs and has contributed to many thought-leadership articles on marketing. Debra is a marketing coach, author and trusted advisor for the small business community.
Robert Weber
Sales Consultant
Robert Weber is a seasoned sales and business development leader with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building high-performing sales teams across New England and the Northeast. He has held senior leadership roles with national technology, commercial services, and advisory firms, including serving as Director of the New England Region for Intrepid Advisors. In this role, he worked directly with business owners and C-suite leaders to educate them on the benefits of federal and state Research & Development tax credits while developing strategic relationships with CPA firms and industry partners.
Throughout his career, Robert has led large, multi-market sales organizations, turned around underperforming regions, and delivered consistent, measurable results. He has doubled revenues, achieved multiple President’s Club honors, and managed complex sales of hardware, software, and managed services to commercial, healthcare, education, and government clients. Known for his hands-on leadership style and strategic approach, Robert brings deep expertise in sales strategy, team development, and profitable growth.
Catherine Phillips
Operations Consultant
For nearly 30 years Cathy owned and operated Phillips Precision of Boylston, MA. She ran the company’s day-to-day operations, financial management, and the strategic administrative functions of manufacturing, product engineering, sales and marketing. With a strong background in business leadership and organizational development, Cathy played a key role in ensuring the company’s continued growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. With their patented product lines, she positioned Phillips Precision as the world-wide leader in manufacturing work-holding.
Prior to this entrepreneurial endeavor, Cathy spent fifteen years at Digital Equipment Corporation as Operations and Circulation Manager in Corporate Research and Development. In this role, she managed operations for the digital and print production of the company’s technical publications.
